Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your role is to support our clients on the following activities:
● Assisting project owners in the implementation and monitoring of certified approaches such as HQE®, BREEAM, LEED, E+C-, WELL, Ready to Osmoz, for residential and tertiary projects
● Defining the energy and environmental strategy of projects
● Carrying out energy audits and studies
● Implementing Energy Performance Contracts
● Actively participating in the commercial development of the department regarding building or development projects.
Your profile
Holding a degree in engineering with a specialization in Building or Sustainable Building, you have experience in a similar position. You are familiar with the HQE, LEED, BREEAM or WELL reference frameworks. You master dynamic thermal simulation software (Design Builder, TRNSYS, IES), RT software (Comfie Pleiades, ClimaWin). You also have project management skills, have demonstrated autonomy and adaptability, and are known for your interpersonal skills.
